You prepare the space not only with your hands, but also with your intention, your presence, and your loving care.<p><strong>Please read the Requirements and fill out the Scholarship Application Form if you haven&#039;t already done so.<\/strong>.<\/p>\t\t\n\t<a href=\"#requisitos\" target=\"_self\" role=\"button\" aria-label=\"Scholarship Requirements \"guardi\u00e1n\"\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\tRequisitos de la Beca de &#8220;Guardi\u00e1n&#8221;\n\t\t\t<\/a>\n\t<a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/zMDNweMVWUU7nvk59\" target=\"_blank\" role=\"button\" rel=\"noopener\" aria-label=\"Fill out the form in Spanish\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\tFill out the form in Spanish\n\t\t\t<\/a>\n\t<a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/iJu4vpt51Zdd8kZXA\" target=\"_blank\" role=\"button\" rel=\"noopener\" aria-label=\"Fill out the form in English\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\tFill out the form in English\n\t\t\t<\/a>\n\t\t<h2>\n\t\t\tScholarship Requirements\n\t\t<\/h2>\n\t\t\t<h3 data-start=\"1418\" data-end=\"1452\">\ud83d\udce3 What does it mean to be a Guardian?<\/h3><h4 data-start=\"1315\" data-end=\"1329\">\ud83d\udd52 Schedule<\/h4><ul data-start=\"1331\" data-end=\"1514\"><li data-start=\"1331\" data-end=\"1438\">You must arrive <strong data-start=\"1346\" data-end=\"1387\">an hour and a half before the start of the class<\/strong>, that is, to the <strong>5:30 PM<\/strong> every Tuesday and Thursday.<\/li><li data-start=\"1439\" data-end=\"1514\">Your presence is required before each session.<\/li><\/ul><hr data-start=\"1516\" data-end=\"1519\" \/><h4 data-start=\"1521\" data-end=\"1552\">\ud83c\udf3f Guardian Activities<\/h4>1. <strong data-start=\"1562\" data-end=\"1593\">Cleaning of the physical space<\/strong><ul data-start=\"1594\" data-end=\"1928\"><li data-start=\"1594\" data-end=\"1654\">Sweep the entrance and immediate surroundings of the temple.<\/li><li data-start=\"1750\" data-end=\"1803\">Remove dust or tidy up any visible clutter.<\/li><li data-start=\"1804\" data-end=\"1928\">Provide support with the arrangement of cushions, chairs, projector, instruments or other elements according to the needs of the class.<\/li><li>Clean the bathroom (make sure it is presentable, with toilet paper and water available).<\/li><\/ul>2. <strong data-start=\"1938\" data-end=\"1972\">Energy care of the space<\/strong><ul data-start=\"1973\" data-end=\"2487\"><li data-start=\"1973\" data-end=\"2072\">Greet people at the temple entrance with a brief <strong data-start=\"2037\" data-end=\"2071\">Energy cleansing (smudging)<\/strong>.<\/li><li data-start=\"2073\" data-end=\"2303\">This cleaning can be done with <strong data-start=\"2107\" data-end=\"2150\">feather, palo santo, white sage, copal<\/strong> or any subtle tool that does not require the use of copal burners, since we avoid smoke inside the temple.<\/li><li data-start=\"2304\" data-end=\"2410\">If you wish, you can bring <strong data-start=\"2333\" data-end=\"2395\">your own personal energy cleansing tools<\/strong> (recommended).<\/li><li data-start=\"2411\" data-end=\"2487\">The intention is for people to feel welcome through presence, respect, and love.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\n\t\t<h2>\n\t\t\t\ud83d\udccc Important reminders\n\t\t<\/h2>\n\t\t\t<ul><li data-start=\"2530\" data-end=\"2609\">Your role requires <strong data-start=\"2546\" data-end=\"2561\">punctuality<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"2563\" data-end=\"2577\">discretion<\/strong>, and a <strong data-start=\"2584\" data-end=\"2608\">spirit of service<\/strong>.<\/li><li data-start=\"2610\" data-end=\"2740\">You are the first point of contact people will have with the temple that day. Your friendly and focused attitude is part of the experience.<\/li><li data-start=\"2741\" data-end=\"2947\">The scholarship is only kept active with the <strong data-start=\"2782\" data-end=\"2818\">Consistent role fulfillment<\/strong>.
