The user will be responsible for the accuracy of the data provided and for promptly communicating any relevant changes.
Legatto may reject, cancel or suspend applications that contain manifestly false, fraudulent, abusive or technically malicious information.
Sending an expression of interest does not necessarily imply acceptance, registration, or the formation of a contract.
Registration is confirmed only when Legatto communicates the corresponding acceptance and, where applicable, the required payment has been received.

The applicable prices will be those published or communicated for each service at the time of contracting.

11. CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES AND REFUNDS
Specific cancellation or rescheduling conditions may vary depending on the nature of the service and will be communicated before booking.
Nothing in this section is intended to limit inalienable rights recognized by Mexican legislation regarding consumer protection.

- level of service already provided;
- access or delivery of materials;

When a return is legally required, Legatto will make the refund by the appropriate means or by another means agreed with the consumer.
Refunds may be subject to the operating timeframes of the financial institution or payment platform used.

Private sessions and mentoring require punctuality and prior coordination.
If the participant does not appear or requests a modification outside the deadline established in the specific conditions, Legatto may consider the session as used, provided that this is compatible with applicable legislation.
Sessions not used within the expressly established period may lose their validity.
The specific conditions communicated at the time of contracting may establish specific rules for rescheduling, duration and expiration.
13. LIVE ONLINE COURSES
The dates, times and duration announced for online courses may require reasonable adjustments for technical, operational, scheduling, force majeure or facilitator availability reasons.
When there is a substantial change, Legatto will endeavor to communicate it in a timely manner and offer, where appropriate, a reasonable alternative.
The participant's voluntary absence from a scheduled session does not automatically entitle them to a refund.
When Legatto provides a recording, alternative material or replacement, this will be considered a complementary modality of the service and will be subject to the conditions communicated for said course.
